This weekend is the Footlocker Western Regionals Cross-country. In the past this has been one of the toughest races to qualify from into the National Cross-country Championships. I will provide a full coverage of the boys and girls seeded races which sends the top eight from each race to the Nationals. This should be a fast and exciting weekend.
Please send in your picks for the top eight of each race and I will post rankings of the most voted for. Go to www.prep.caltrack.com and it will provide you with some people to vote for.
